lentils are for lovers

I got some great mail today--two letters from my favorite resident of Florida, and a letter from my favorite resident of the Netherlands.

Erik's at a Buddhist talk. He's hiking tomorrow. I've been reading the nursing textbook P wrote, and I'm thinking of making some lentils.

I've been feeling pretty stable for the past few days. It feels really good.
