whole pea soup completed

Erik said it was the best pea soup he'd ever eaten. It took more like two hours for the peas to cook--the recipe said one hour. Even then the peas weren't really tender. But close enough. It's a very good simple recipe, but it made only two full bowls. I will double it next time.
