vegan peanutbutter banana cookies

Today I went to the big nearby grocery store to buy some dishsoap but when I got there I realized I'd forgotten my wallet at home. It's not that far of a walk, but you have two cross two streets because of the way the crosswalks are, and it takes a long time to wait. One of the streets is huge.

This evening I baked cookies--they're this recipe.
