Corydalis linstowiana is so cute.

Someone special IDed my ghost flowers for me, so now we know a little more about them: Corydalis, maybe Corydalis linstowiana. Butterfly babies like to eat some Corydalis, and a common name is fumewort: fabulous. Also, they can grow in deep shade, which is what my specimens were doing, creekside at the BG, near some dawn redwoods.

Alas, another fan of the often ephemeral genus corydalis. Beware of this wonderful 'ghost' plant as it will indeed come back to haunt not only you but your entire garden. I am in Ontario Canada and the nursery where I work is covered in this woodland gem, to the point that we are removing it by the handful!
If you are a fan, try Corydalis elata or the 'flexuosa' species with the wonderful sky to cobalt blue coloured flowers.
