My mom's cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. Then I would get a butterscotch malt for dessert. Or some caramel cheesecake.

An alternative is Indian-Pak food from Chutney in San Francisco. I would get some benghan bartha and some paneer tikka masala. I would have it with rotis and maybe some rice and a mango lasi for dessert.
