my breakfast
This morning I made tofu scramble for breakfast. Usually I make breakfast for lunch or dinner--usually I'm too hungry in the morning to make something very actual. Anyway, I hadn't made it in a week or something, and we were getting a surplus of tofu. So I made it this morning, with two roma tomatoes as the variation, and it was superb.
Then I was craving that pumpkin bread I made a few weeks ago and put in the freezer, so I had some of that too.
Exciting, yes?
