sweet potato chocolate chip cookies
Today I baked vegan sweet potato chocolate chip cookies. I used baking paper for the first time. Do you know about this? You don't have to grease the cookie sheet--you just put this special paper down. I got it from the dollar store. It's pretty cool but unnecessary. I don't mind greasing cookie sheets.
Anyway, the cookies turned out fantastic as always.

Hmm--hopefully none--I think it was condoned by some bakers / cooks I like. I didn't even think to worry!
