sprouts

I started some lentils soaking and then forgot about them, but then I remembered about them and rinsed them and set them to sprout, and then I forgot to rinse them last night. But I rinsed them this morning, and they're starting to sprout, but I'm not sure all of them are. I might need to toss this batch and start over. Anyway, it's good to be sprouting again, but I must not be too excited about it since I keep forgetting, but I'll try to get excited. They're so good in sandwiches.
