kale
Remember how I was so excited about making kale for the first time? I put some in the quinoa and it was tasty but subtle. Anyway, I looked at the piece of paper that came in the CSA box and found it wasn't kale at all--it was swiss chard. I am a dork.

Haha. Whoops. This girl made some awesome looking wraps with swiss chard yesterday. I'm thinking about these for our dinner tonight, maybe.
