I just prepared it. Steamed in a white sauce with chicken breast (dissolving all the nice flavor from frying it), a bit of nutmeg, white pepper…
It’s very nice. Like cauliflower or broccoli, but it tastes better. And it’s firmer, meaning it doesn’t instantly decompose into a mash. The way it’s partially firm partially soft seems fractal too, making it interesting to bite into.
I can only recommend trying it. (And recipe that calls for broccoli or cauliflower works. And probably any other recipe that you’d use a kind of cabbage for.)
