Should have taken a picture of my potato salad.  It's so good.

the juice of half a large lemon
a small amount of vegan mayo
salt
potatoes
much fresh oregano

Also in food news, Trader Joe's gots vanilla soy yogurt in a largish container.  It's so good too.
