macrobiotic tahini sauce for greens

We went to this Buddhist macrobiotic restaurant in Oakland--did I tell you about it?  I liked the sauce on the steamed greens.  I think it was a tahini sauce.  So I looked up macrobiotic sauces, and I found the simplest recipe in the world.

3 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup water
two green onions (optional)

Cream tahini with soy sauce, then water.  Then green onions, if using.  Heat on medium for 3 to 4 minutes, until it's boiling.  Thin with more water if desired.

I'm happy and want to try this recipe.  I will let you know if it's good.
