beet lessons

Yesterday we went to the farmers market and a lady gave A four bunches of beets.  But he never made them before and seemed like he'd never really cooked greens...so we went back to his place and I cooked up the greens then roasted the beets.  I gave him beet lessons.  I felt helpful.
