chili

Yesterday I was productive. I made vegan black bean sweet potato chili in the afternoon, and it turned out fantastic. I tripled the recipe because of the amount of beans I cooked, which was correct--last time I underspiced it, but this time it was very flavorful.

SAT scoring starts today. Erik was up early to score, but we forgot the window opens late on the first day, so after he got up at 4, he came back to bed and got up again later.
