holy beans!

I think our babies are sprouting! Tonight I rinsed them a few times and turned our jar upside-down to drain. I'm so excited!

Another super-exciting thing is that the co-op has a new kind of kale chips! They're made by a company in Santa Cruz. They're very similar to the kind made by the company in Berkeley and might be cheaper (I haven't done the cost-per-ounce math). We devoured the whole bag on the drive home, tahini flavor.
