nice rainy day

Today we went to this Japanese store downtown that Erik likes. We had to push a doorbell to get let in. Erik wanted a matcha whisk and found one for $10, good price. I bought some beautiful cards. Two are timely, with cherry blossoms.

I baked sweet potato biscuits, baked banana bread, made pasta sauce--we had pasta for dinner, with buttered breadcrumbs on top. But using Earth Balance instead of butter, of course.

Erik read me the film noir graphic novel we're reading, and we watched part of the Noam Chomsy movie Manufacturing Consent. We looked for jelly fish wallpaper for me for my computer.
