Yesterday at Whole Foods we bought this cute little organic lemon verbena for $2.50.  Today we planted it in the new garden bed in our backyard.  We planted it in the far right corner.  I have seen lemon verbena bushes get huge, and I wanted it out of the way.

Here are three little pumpkin plants also in the new garden bed.  Actually these are three little clumps of pumpkin plants.  Each pair of leaves is actually one seedling.

Purslane we planted in a container since it is invasive.

Ming's luffah plant is doing much better!

And here are two eggplants from the garden bed closest to the building.
