kicks
Ming has been doing kicks lately. I got this yoga book from my friend K, and there was this little pullout from Self Magazine stuck between two pages, and it shows exercises for strengthening abdominal muscles. I guess kicks are good for that.
I went to group yesterday and today. It's good to have some structure and social times. Today we learned about the difference between feelings and emotions, which I didn't get and am not sure matters. And we drew about feelings on the outline of a person. We used markers. I'll include mine below. (There are little hearts on my hands, but the pink didn't scan.)
