pretend ice cream

Yesterday at Trader Joe's I bought some Double Rainbow Ultra Chocolate Ice Cream for Erik and some Double Rainbow Mango Vanilla Soy Cream for myself. I tried mine last night, and it's good. The mango and vanilla are separate. The mango portion is sorbet-like and very mango-y, almost like eating a frozen mango. The vanilla portion is creamy and very yummy. I love my pretend ice cream.
