bean trouble

The adzuki beans are not sprouting well. Only about a fourth of them have sprouted. I don't know what's the deal. The black-eyed peas are a day behind and maybe are having the same problem, but it's too early to say. Maybe lentils and mung beans and garbanzo beans are just easier, and if so, I wouldn't mind sprouting them exclusively.
