blackstrap
Yesterday I bought some blackstrap molasses at the co-op, and this morning I put some in our morning oatmeal. It turned our oatmeal a dark brown. And it's pretty tasty. And it's nutritious. I'm especially looking for potassium lately because I think it'll help me with my leg cramps.

Sometimes I get leg cramps too. Sometimes I'll wake up and stretch and... POW! It sure wakes you up fast. Not that the bright side is worth it. I eat a banana, but that's sort of a duh. It's nice to know about molasses.

Sorry you get leg cramps! We've made blackstrap molasses part of our life, and it's good.
