my day in a blogpost

Today I shoveled wheelbarrows full of mulch.  I also wrote a letter and drank tea and ate vegan Ethiopian food, which was delicious.  I met a new person.  And I was given a cute little succulent to keep on the front porch.  I talked on the phone.  And I had oatmeal for breakfast with slivered almonds, soymilk, and plums.  The end!

edit to add:  They were sliced almonds, not slivered.
