soymilk cottage cheese

A few days ago, Ming made soy yogurt using the unsweetened, just plain soymilk from Trader Joe's.  It's not vegan because we used cow's milk yogurt as a starter.  But it's good.  And now I want to try making soymilk cottage cheese.
