quinoa and gandules

I made a dish called quinoa and gandules.  It's got garlic from the garden and earth balance and better than bullion, along with the quinoa and gandules.  We took this food to a potluck tonight at the Grange.  We said hi to friends, and it was very crowded there.  We left before the presentation.  I wasn't psyched out well enough to endure.
