I fell so hard off the vegetarian wagon these past few weeks... I have bruises from falling off! I ate oysters and other seafood for dinner last night (New Year's Eve), but have resolved to significantly reduce my meat intake in the new year. :)
As far as I can tell, Bugles are vegan. They don't contain cheese, eggs, milk, honey, carmine, gelatin, glycerine.... There are some sneaky non-vegan ingredients that I'm not sharp about, but I know the basics.
I have done some thinking about oysters since reading Tipping the Velvet and am curious about them but plan to be vegetarian forever, so I don't think I'll ever taste one raw.
