sprouts are delicious

Last night we decided our sprout babies were done growing and tried some. So good! I thought they'd be kind of hard, or beany--I was concerned I wouldn't like them. But they taste fresh and delicious! Kind of like lettuce? They're crisp. We ate some plain last night then this morning put them in sandwiches for breakfast. (Maybe I'll have tofu scramble for lunch.) I already have lentils soaking to make lentil sprouts next. Once I get some experience with different beans and seeds, I would like to make a sprouting zine.
