ache

Today Kitty barfed on my desk. It could have been way worse. I was in the kitchen. I have a neck ache. I made brown rice with asparagus for lunch and put a carrot in with the rice--good idea. I love carrots but used to not like them cooked but am changing. Got a sweet postcard from a friend--she said she loves me. I feel bolstered.
