dream come true

Yesterday I made the Tunisian potato salad I blogged about, and it's so good--maybe better than the lentil salad, even. We weren't able to grind the caraway seeds--they seemed indestructible. I had them in the mortar and pestle with the salt, and that didn't work at all. So I used them whole. Anyway, heavenly.
