what happens in Goleta stays in Goleta

Yesterday we did yoga again and I got sore.  Ming got sore.  He wanted to go to an evening class to get the hair of the dog that bit him.  I said he should only do yoga once a day.  I said his body needed to recuperate.  Maybe I was projecting.

"The solution to yoga?  More yoga!" I joked.

I got some wonderful emails this morning.  Glasgow, Las Vegas, Goleta.  Thank you, friends.
