more ebay saga

I received the magnets in the mail that I "won" from someone on ebay, and the color is wrong. The printer was running out of ink--everything has a purple tinge, and one of the magnets actually has those lines that show up when your printer is running out of ink. Is there a name for those lines?

I went to leave negative feedback for the seller, which I considered my duty, so hopefully other people won't get ripped off by this person, but I chickened out and decided to try emailing the seller one more time. I haven't heard back and feel stressed out about the whole confrontation.
