onion bhajis

Tonight I made onions bhajis from this recipe.

They didn't really turn out. The recipe calls for 5 small onions, and I think I used more like medium onions, so the ratio of batter to onion was off. I wanted them to be kind of crispy, but they came out limp. Also, the flavor wasn't my favorite--they just tasted like coriander seed. Oh well.

(One of the things that excited me about the recipe is that it uses buckwheat flour.)
